City Services
The City of Filer supplies numerous services to the citizens of Filer. We supply the obvious water, sewer, and garbage which is paid through your monthly bill. City also maintains roads, oversees construction and building codes and provides emergency services which include police, fire and emergency medical aid. The City of Filer has the utmost integrity in keeping the residents and non residents provided for and protected .
Water System Rate and Charges

Refundable Security Deposit $100 (Unless you have established a 24 month credit the deposit does not apply)

Water tap connection charge $2,500 (If work is performed by the city)

Water tap connection $500 (work is not preformed by the city)

Water system capacity fees $2,109 (Equivalent Residential Unit)

Minimum water system use fee $27.50 (depends on meter and usage)
No charge for turn off/on as long as it is done for repair during business hours. Any other time it will be $20 dollars.

Minimum sewer system fee $47.50 (depends on water usage)
